dating back to 1978. Originally founded by George Dunbar as G. Dunbar & Sons (Builders)
Limited, the company built its reputation on quality craftsmanship and strong community
ties throughout West Lothian and beyond.

Now led by George’s sons and daughter, the business has evolved over the decades to focus on commercial and
industrial property investment. While we remain rooted in our building and construction origins, our portfolio
has expanded to include 60 properties, primarily located across West Lothian.
